Final Road Trip is to Baylor

The Missouri volleyball team (13-14, 7-10 Big 12) will travel to Baylor (17-11, 8-9 Big 12) for a Saturday matchup. Start time in Waco is slated for 7 p.m. Both Mizzou and the Bears are coming off five-set matches. The Tigers dropped a five-setter to No. 13 Kansas State, while Baylor survived a wild five-setter at winless Texas Tech on Wednesday night.

The Missouri volleyball team (13-14, 7-10 Big 12) nearly upset No. 13 Kansas State on Wednesday evening as K-State squeaked out a 21-25, 25-19, 12-25, 25-20, 15-12 victory. Mizzou had leads of 19-16 in the fourth set and 10-7 in the fifth, but fell in both. Sophomore Julianna Klein (Keota, Iowa) notched 20 kills on the night, adding 16 digs, four blocks and an ace.

VB's Post-Season Push Brings No. 13 K-State

The Missouri volleyball team (13-13, 7-9 Big 12) has won four-straight home matches and are winners of three of its last four contests, but No. 13 Kansas State (22-6, 12-5 Big 12) will come to the Hearnes Center Wednesday in hopes of stopping any MU post-season hopes. The Tigers are coming off a crucial road victory at Colorado on Saturday while the Wildcats nearly upset No. 4 Texas this past weekend.

MU's 600th Win Comes at Crucial Time

The Missouri volleyball team (13-13, 7-9 Big 12) scored its 600th victory in program history Saturday afternoon with a four-set win over Colorado (12-13, 6-10 Big 12), 25-23, 25-22, 20-25, 25-20. Mizzou, winning just its second conference road contest, moves into a tie for fifth place in the Big 12 standings, its best position in the league this season. Junior Megan Wilson (Lincoln, Neb.) led Mizzou for the second-straight match, grabbing 15 kills on .344 hitting (15-4-32).
